Heidao Day
A day when the ruling deity is one of the six Heidao spirits. Traditionally seen as a day requiring selective action, not a day where all activities are forbidden.
A Heidao Day is a day when the presiding spirit or sha is one of the six Heidao deities. In traditional practice, a Heidao Day is not considered an absolute inauspicious day, but rather a reminder to be selective about activities. It does not mean everything is forbidden. On such days, it is generally advised to avoid major or initiating tasks, but some routine or specific matters can still proceed. The Chinese almanac marks Heidao Days to remind users to exercise caution and careful consideration in their actions.
