Content Corrections

Every usage judgment on this site carries a dictionary source. If you find one that is wrong, please tell us:

1. Which entry (pasting the URL of the entry is quickest)
2. The source you are relying on (dictionary name and a link to the entry)

A correction that cites a source will be acted on, and the entry will be updated to show the source you provided. We take comments without a source as well, but they are slower to process — which is consistent with what we ask of ourselves.

If you believe a chart has been calculated wrongly, please include the date, time and place of birth along with the Four Pillars you believe to be correct. The "Conversion Steps" on the result page are published one step at a time, so it is usually quick to find where your calculation and ours part company (most often a difference in the true solar time or Zi-hour setting).

To access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, write to the same address. Please put "Privacy Request" in the subject line so it can be prioritized. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Response Time

This is a small operation, and we normally reply within five working days. If you have heard nothing after two weeks, please send it again — the message has most likely been filed as spam.
