Ping Di Mu is a Wood-attribute combination within the Sixty Jiazi Nayin, corresponding to the Ganzhi Wuxu and Jihai. The name derives from the image of trees growing on flat plains; traditionally, it is distinguished from giant trees in deep mountains or forest woods in steep terrain, representing a more common and grounded wood image.
