Tian He Shui is one of the Five Element Nayin within the sixty Jiazi cycle, corresponding to the Bingwu and Dingwei years. Its imagery is drawn from the Milky Way or rain and dew in the heavens, distinct from terrestrial rivers. Traditionally, this water is considered to originate from the sky, possessing a pure and distant nature. In destiny analysis, it is often imbued with connotations of loftiness and exceptionalism. When classical almanacs explain this Nayin, they frequently emphasize its special generating and overcoming relationships with other Five Elements due to its 'Heavenly' attribute. This concept primarily survives today within discussions of traditional destiny analysis culture.
