Da Hao
Major depletion; traditionally avoided for receiving wealth, opening businesses, and marriage.
Da Hao is similar to Xiao Hao (Minor Depletion), but it signifies 'major depletion' and is considered even more inauspicious. In traditional date selection, it is a very unlucky day. Traditionally, it is avoided not only for financial activities like receiving wealth or opening businesses, but also for major life events like marriage. It is believed that undertaking activities on a Da Hao day can lead to significant financial losses, business setbacks, or excessive spending and subsequent misfortune in celebrations.
