Property Acquisition

Acquiring real estate such as land or property.

In the traditional Chinese calendar, 'property acquisition' specifically refers to purchasing real estate, such as land, fields, or houses. In old society, acquiring property was a major family event involving the accumulation and inheritance of wealth, so people paid great attention to choosing an auspicious day for signing contracts, making payments, or transferring ownership, believing this would ensure a smooth transaction, future prosperity of the family estate, and peaceful living. This belief continues today; although the transaction process and legal regulations have completely changed, many people still consult the 'property acquisition' auspicious days listed in the farmer's almanac when buying houses or land, as a form of psychological reassurance and blessing.
